Second Heart Yoga is a beautiful, small and inviting studio in the heart of central Phoenix, the Arcadia neighborhood. Maple hardwood floors and an exposed wood beam ceiling create a warm and organic vibe to this one of a kind studio.
The doors opened in May 2009 with the clear intention of providing no-frills, no-hype yoga to our students. Class sizes are small by design allowing for personal instruction. Class styles range from basics, for beginners, to Flow II, for those wanting to practice a bit stronger. There are also Yin, Weekly Unwind & Restore, and Kids classes on the schedule. Workshops are scheduled throughout the year.
Teachers at Second Heart are approachable, knowledgable and professional. Committed to providing quality yoga for their students all are Registered Yoga Alliance Teachers either at the 200 or 500 hour level and are often taking their education and training to a deeper level.
